Amal Hamod becomes the first Master's degree graduate
from the Islamic University of Minnesota |

Less than two years after its establishment, the Islamic University of Minnesota
celebrates the first Masters� degree graduation. Amal Hamod, an ambitious young
woman, defended her Masters� thesis about the Rights of Children in Islam and
became the first student to graduate with a Masters� degree from the university.
Amal conducted a comparative study, comparing the rights of children in Islam
with their counterparts in United Nations. |
