6: Additional Requirements for Applicants without a Background in Islamic Studies: If your undergraduate or graduate degree does not include coursework in Islamic Studies, you will need to complete four undergraduate-level courses covering fundamental topics in Islamic Studies to meet admission requirements. These courses can be taken at your convenience, or if you already possess substantial knowledge in Islamic Studies, you may choose to take proficiency exams to satisfy this requirement.
